Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a paid plan on SMSTS Mock Test. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, which cover everyone who uses the site. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
SMSTS Mock Test is an independent practice site. It is not run by CITB, and our mocks contain no real CITB questions.
1. Paid plans
Unlimited mocks and drills are available on a paid plan.

You can cancel at any time under Manage billing in your account. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. The plan details are shown again on the checkout page before you pay.
2. Who you are buying from
You are buying from SMSTS Mock Test, 104 Cunnery Rd, Manchester, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].
Payments are taken by PayPal through our account service, the Accounts Hub.
3. What you are buying
A paid plan is a digital service. It gives your account unlimited mocks and drills for the period shown when you buy.
You are not buying:
- an SMSTS or SMSTS-R course, a place on one, or a re-sit
- a card, certificate or qualification
- real or old CITB exam questions
4. What stays free
You do not need to pay to practise. You can take 1 mock a week without an account, or 3 a week with an account and a confirmed email address.
5. How the contract is made
- Create or log in to your account.
- Choose a paid plan. You go to PayPal's secure checkout.
- When PayPal confirms the payment, the contract is made and the plan is added to your account. You receive a receipt by email.
If a payment fails, no contract is made and nothing is charged.
6. When access starts and ends
Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period shown when you bought it. Your account then goes back to free use. Your progress and results stay in your account.
7. Your right to cancel
UK law gives you a right to cancel a contract for digital content or a digital service bought online. If you ask for access to start straight away, and acknowledge at checkout that you lose the right to cancel once access begins, that right ends when your access starts. This does not affect our Refund Policy or your rights if the service is faulty.
8. If something goes wrong
If a paid plan does not work as described, tell us at [email protected]. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to have it fixed, and if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund.
9. Your account and fair use
A paid plan belongs to one account and one person. Sharing it, or using it in breach of our Terms of Use, can lead to it being suspended.
10. What we do not promise
A paid plan gives you more practice. We do not guarantee that you will pass the SMSTS or SMSTS-R exam. Our questions are written by us and are not real CITB questions.
11. Changes to the service
We may improve, reorganise or replace questions and features. We will not reduce what you have paid for during your access period. If we ever stop offering a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of your payment.
