Pricing questions
What is the difference between the plans?
Only the price and how long each payment lasts. Every plan includes the same features: the Weekly Plan is £5.99 a week, the Monthly Plan £9.99 a month and the Yearly Plan £19.99 a year.
What can I use without paying?
1 timed mock a week without an account, or 3 a week with a free account once you confirm your email. Each mock shows your score and some of the answers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 1 day free with full access, once per account. You approve the plan in PayPal at checkout and are charged only if you do not cancel before the trial ends. An account that has had a plan before pays from the first day.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. The Weekly Plan renews every week, the Monthly Plan every month and the Yearly Plan every year, until you cancel. Cancel anytime under Manage billing in your account and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund on a plan?
The Monthly Plan and the Yearly Plan are refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of a payment and have used 2 hours or less of paid features since. The Weekly Plan is not refundable. A charge made in error is always refunded.
How do I pay?
Through PayPal's secure checkout, with your PayPal account or a card. PayPal emails you a receipt for every payment.
Can I share my plan?
No. A plan belongs to the account you bought it with and is for one person, so please do not share your login.
Does a plan book my SMSTS course?
No. A plan is for practice on this site. It is not an SMSTS or SMSTS-R course, a place on one or a re-sit. You book the course with a training provider.
